Terms & Conditions
Last updated 2026-10-07. These terms apply to services arranged through ZAI Management Pro, trading as ZAI.
1. Service availability
ZAI is based in Cape Town and supports customers across South Africa. Every service is subject to the nature of the requirement, the location, the availability of suitable providers and commercial viability. ZAI may decline a request it cannot manage properly.
2. Quotations
A quotation sets out what is included, what is excluded, the price, materials and expected timing. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Work that is not listed on the quotation is not included.
3. Consultations
Consultations are free within a 50 km radius of Cape Town. Outside that radius ZAI will propose the most suitable approach, which may be a remote assessment, an assessment by a local provider, or a visit for which an assessment or travel fee applies. Any such fee is agreed with you before it is incurred.
4. Your approval
Work begins only once you have approved the quotation and scope in writing. Approval by WhatsApp or email counts as written approval.
5. Deposits and payments
Where a deposit is required, the amount and due date are stated on the quotation. The balance is payable as set out on the quotation or invoice.
6. Materials
Materials are specified and priced on the quotation where they can be known in advance. If material prices or availability change before purchase, ZAI will tell you before proceeding.
7. Variations and additional work
If additional work is discovered or requested, ZAI will explain the requirement and its effect on cost and timing. Meaningful additional work proceeds only after you have approved it.
8. Cancellation
ZAI does not charge a standard cancellation fee. Where costs have been approved and already incurred on your behalf, or non-refundable commitments have been made, those amounts remain payable.
9. Service providers
ZAI works through a managed network of service providers and suppliers. ZAI manages the customer relationship, coordination and overall process. Timing depends on provider availability, and ZAI will keep you informed of changes.
10. Emergency and after-hours requests
After-hours assistance may be available for genuine urgent or emergency requirements, subject to service and provider availability. Different rates may apply and will be communicated before work proceeds. The dedicated emergency number is 079 910 1987.
11. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information about the requirement, to arrange safe and timely access to the property or vehicle, to secure valuables, and to tell ZAI about any known risks.
12. Completion and sign-off
When the work is complete ZAI will confirm the outcome with you. Please raise any concern as soon as you notice it so that it can be assessed and dealt with promptly.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other South African law. Subject to that, ZAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
14. Feedback and complaints
If something is not right, contact ZAI on 071 730 4634 or zaimanagementpro@gmail.com. ZAI aims to respond within 24 hours.
