Privacy Policy

When you enquire or use ZAI's services we may collect:

- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations

Who we share it with
To carry out a job, we share the details that are necessary with the service providers and suppliers involved in it. We do not sell personal information.
WhatsApp, phone and email
This website does not have a contact form. When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, your message is handled by those services under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is used. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
